A flat 63.7 km loop from Nazwa in the Hajar Mountains, with just 115 m of climbing across Al Dafain, Al Fayah and Mahafiz.

The loop starts in Nazwa, beneath the 200 m peak of Qarn Nazwa, and rises very gently over the opening 11 km to the highest point of the ride at 174 m. That high point is barely 50 m above the lowest ground on the route, so the gradient is more a slow tilt than a climb. A cafeteria sits beside the road at 12 km, the only refreshment point marked before the finish. From there the road runs out to Al Dafain at 21.7 km and on to the village of Al Fayah at 32 km, the outer part of the loop. Just over half of the day's 115 m of gain has been used by halfway, which leaves the return equally undemanding. Mahafiz comes at 45.2 km, close to the lowest point of the route at 123 m, and the final 18 km turn back towards the start. Nazwa is reached at 62.6 km, with three restaurants and cafeterias grouped at 63.2 km to close the ride.
